HyreDay is building a dynamic Paid Media team to service US-based clients from a flexible, remote-friendly environment. The project involves managing large-scale Google Ads accounts, driving client ROI, and supporting the broader marketing function with data-driven insights. You will collaborate with leaders in Marketing and Analytics to optimize spend, test creative approaches, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that scale performance for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Google Ads strategy and execution for high-spend (and high-impact) lead generation campaigns; own both strategy and hands-on management.
  • Write and test ad copy; provide creative outlines/briefs for new creatives (static and motion) and strategically recommend tests.
  • Build campaigns and, when needed, ad accounts from scratch; optimize audiences, creative, copy, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and social media teammates on overarching strategy and tactical execution.
  • Provide detailed reporting to stakeholders, translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Support data analysis across the team; synthesize large data sets to uncover actionable learnings and opportunities.
  • Utilize third-party data providers and integrate marketing data with broader business metrics.
  • Maintain rigorous testing processes, including structured A/B/n testing and edge-case explorations.

Requirements

We are seeking a senior Media Buyer / Data Analyst who combines deep expertise in Google Ads with a strong foundation in data analysis. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing high monthly ad spends (typically $250,000+ per month for a single company) and can connect marketing activity to business outcomes. You should be fluent in MS Excel, comfortable with data manipulation, and able to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. You will need to understand the US market, current Google Ads strategies, and be able to articulate how platforms are evolving and how to succeed in a challenging ad landscape. Strong communication, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Desirable

Experience with additional advertising platforms beyond Google Ads is a plus. Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus for unlocking deeper insights. Familiarity with web analytics and offline data integration, as well as the ability to think strategically about data-driven marketing at scale, will set you apart. Excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are highly valued.
