We seek an experienced LATAM Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment for senior engineering and product roles. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of LATAM technical recruiting experience, a track record of filling senior engineering positions, and familiarity with secure environments (SOC2/HIPAA). You will evaluate candidates across backend (Python), frontend (React), cloud, and integrations, and you will communicate effectively in English with cross-border teams.
