We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company building secure, SOC2-certified, and HIPAA-compliant platforms that modernize how healthcare organizations operate. Our team is scaling rapidly, and we are focused on hiring top LATAM engineering talent to help us deliver two core platforms. The project scope includes assembling a full LATAM engineering team within ~60 days, spanning Tech Lead, Backend, Frontend, UX, Product Owner, and Data Modeler. Role Overview

  • Source and shortlist top LATAM engineering talent across senior-level engineering and product roles.
  • Run structured, compliance-minded interview pipelines aligned with SOC2/HIPAA requirements.
  • Assess technical skills, communication proficiency, and secure-working maturity.
  • Coordinate interview loops with the CTO and technical leadership.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Deliver hires on an aggressive timeline to support rapid team expansion.

Role Description

We seek an experienced LATAM Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment for senior engineering and product roles. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of LATAM technical recruiting experience, a track record of filling senior engineering positions, and familiarity with secure environments (SOC2/HIPAA). You will evaluate candidates across backend (Python), frontend (React), cloud, and integrations, and you will communicate effectively in English with cross-border teams. The position requires autonomy, initiative, and a startup mindset with strong ownership. This contract-to-start role spans 6–10 weeks with potential extension based on performance and business needs.
