AgendaPro is a fast-growing Y Combinator-backed technology startup enabling beauty, health, wellness, and sports centers to bill clients online and accept reservations. We operate with a lean, high-performance culture and aim to become the most desirable technology and product company in Santiago and LATAM. As we scale from Series B toward $100M ARR, this project focuses on building a world-class People function that aligns company culture, talent strategy, and leadership development with business growth. The Head of People will lead Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Retention, and People Analytics to attract top-tier talent and foster a thriving, value-driven organization across our Chilean and regional teams.

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Head of People to lead AgendaPro’s people function through a critical phase of growth. You will drive the strategy and execution across employer branding, talent acquisition, retention, growth, and internal culture, ensuring we scale a values-driven, high-performance organization as we move from Series B toward $100M ARR. This role requires a hands-on leader who loves building systems, rituals, and processes that unleash teams and empower leaders across Product, Tech, and Operations. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus a strong track record in fast-paced tech/SaaS environments, is essential.
