We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to tackle challenging business problems. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Python and experienced with major ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. A thorough understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods is essential.
The role demands strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to facilitate scalable deployments. Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow is required to ensure robust model lifecycle management.
Candidates should have working knowledge of REST APIs, version control with Git, and building scalable system architectures. Experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs like GPT or BERT), or computer vision is highly advantageous. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is mandatory, while a Master’s degree is preferred.
