VP of Artificial Intelligence in Niuro

Niuro connects ambitious projects with elite tech teams and collaborates with leading U.S. companies. As our VP of AI, you will shape and execute the company’s AI strategy across multiple high-impact projects, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation and research to production deployment and continuous optimization. You will partner with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to ensure AI initiatives align with business priorities, drive measurable value, and scale across diverse domains (data engineering, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and productization). You will also lead the development of scalable, production-grade AI systems, foster a culture of technical excellence, and advocate for responsible AI practices within a globally distributed, remote-first organization.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data architecture, with 5+ years leading technical or cross-functional teams. • Deep expertise in AI/ML engineering—proven ability to design, train, and deploy large-scale models (LLMs or ML pipelines) in production environments. • Expert-level skills in Python, cloud computing (AWS), and distributed systems. • Strong background in systems design, architecture modernization, and data engineering. • Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions end-to-end: data ingestion, model deployment, API integration, and monitoring. • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
