Key Responsibilities

This is a high-level marketing execution role centered on building and maintaining digital marketing funnels, launching targeted campaigns, optimizing automation systems, and ensuring smooth internal workflows. Collaborating closely with the founder, you will translate strategic goals into operational marketing systems, driving growth and client engagement.

Develop and manage marketing funnels including Typeform quizzes, calculators, and lead magnets
Set up and maintain automation flows using Zapier, ConvertKit, and similar tools
Coordinate ad campaigns and launch sequences for new offers and content
Update intake forms, landing pages, and email marketing sequences
Lead the full funnel execution supporting the launch of the Real Estate Pro to CEO course
Write light copy for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets
Assist in managing freelance creatives such as graphic designers and technical virtual assistants
Analyze campaign performance data, implement A/B tests, and track results across marketing channels
Maintain and update client workflow boards including tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Support internal system developments such as SOPs, dashboards, and automation flows
Track client billing cycles and ensure delivery of recurring commitments
Coordinate timelines and task delegation for strategic projects

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong marketing operations experience who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and enjoys executing complex systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workflows while maintaining clear communication.

Minimum of 3 years supporting founders or managing marketing operations
Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp or Trello, and Canva
Familiarity with Typeform, Zapier, and ConvertKit or the ability to quickly learn these tools
Proven experience launching and managing marketing funnels
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to maintain internal workflows and client deliverables
Good communication skills and light copywriting ability for marketing content

Soft skills including adaptability, self-motivation, collaboration with diverse teams, and a data-driven mindset are key to succeeding in this role.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Background in digital coaching, advisory, or course-based businesses
Experience managing online launches and recurring marketing campaigns
Awareness of social media trends and experience conducting campaign testing
Familiarity with Lightspeed VT or similar training platforms
