As part of our expansion, we are building a strong remote support team in Bogotá to serve and support our U.S.-based clients. This position contributes to establishing a best-in-class client experience by handling inquiries, guiding clients through onboarding and policy support, and collaborating with sales and underwriting teams. We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative located in Bogotá with a strong background in the U.S. homeowners insurance industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable, and able to deliver concierge-level support while working independently. You will manage inbound inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and ensure smooth onboarding and policy support — all while working from home.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in the U.S. homeowners insurance market, deep understanding of U.S. coverages, terminology, policy structures, and processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1+), ability to work remotely with strong self-management, and a customer-first mindset focused on delivering high-touch, premium service. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms, plus strong attention to detail and organization, are essential.
