As part of our expansion, we are building a strong remote support team in Bogotá to serve and support our U.S.-based clients. This position contributes to establishing a best-in-class client experience by handling inquiries, guiding clients through onboarding and policy support, and collaborating with sales and underwriting teams. The project focuses on creating a seamless, proactive, and premium level of service for U.S. homeowners insurance clients while operating entirely from a remote office in Bogotá.

We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative located in Bogotá with a strong background in the U.S. homeowners insurance industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable, and able to deliver concierge-level support while working independently. You will manage inbound inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and ensure smooth onboarding and policy support — all while working from home.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in the U.S. homeowners insurance market, deep understanding of U.S. coverages, terminology, policy structures, and processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1+), ability to work remotely with strong self-management, and a customer-first mindset focused on delivering high-touch, premium service. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms, plus strong attention to detail and organization, are essential.
