We are seeking an English-speaking or bilingual Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled in supporting day-to-day accounting and financial operations. In this role, you will handle essential bookkeeping tasks, perform account reconciliations, assist with payroll, and help maintain accurate and compliant financial records. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong bookkeeping experience, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll bring: Proven experience in bookkeeping or a closely related role; proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent); strong understanding of accounting principles; high attention to detail; ability to work independently and meet deadlines; excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with payroll and 1099 processing is preferred. Remote work experience and availability to operate within US time zones (PST, EST, CST) are highly valued.
