Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and verify data accuracy in internal databases.
  • Perform quality assurance on both input and output data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and update process documentation to reflect current practices.
  • Build reports to track data quality metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance data quality standards across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data trends and identify discrepancies.
  • Experience with data quality management to maintain high data integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities to ensure seamless tracking of processes.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets such as Excel and Google Sheets for effective data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience with project management tools (like JIRA) for tracking tasks and results.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent output quality, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld.

Desirable Skills:

While not required, familiarity with data visualization tools and the ability to implement data governance frameworks can be advantageous. Experience in a procurement environment or knowledge of procurement processes can provide additional context for the role.
