Responsibilities

Lead eCommerce projects through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Drive Agile processes and continuously improve delivery efficiency and predictability.
Manage scope changes, risks, and dependencies; maintain visibility for stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to align on goals and expectations.
Ensure transparency across project execution and data-driven decision making.
Support the development of roadmaps and milestones; promote a culture of speed, ownership, and business impact.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Project Manager with 1.5+ years of experience to oversee online-store projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in eCommerce project management, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. You will work in a remote, flexible environment and collaborate with a multicultural team across multiple countries. Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+) is required for effective written and spoken communication.

Key contributions include planning and executing project roadmaps, managing risks, ensuring alignment with business goals, and promoting best practices to deliver high-quality WooCommerce and Shopify solutions.

Desirable

Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Slack, Calendly) and data analytics to support decisions.
Ability to mentor junior teammates and contribute to process improvements.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; customer-focused mindset.
