Music Events Virtual Assistant in Your Startup Operations

Company: Your Startup Operations (YSO) is a boutique agency focused on delivering premium operational support to small businesses. We empower owners by handling logistics, coordination, and back-end operations so clients can focus on growth. This role sits within our Music & Events vertical, supporting clients in event production, AV rental, and related operations. You will become the operational backbone, ensuring seamless execution from initial quote to final equipment return, while contributing to process improvements and client satisfaction.

Project scope includes managing event logistics, coordinating between clients, sales teams, warehouse crews, and vendors; maintaining accurate CRM data and inventory records; ensuring timely communication and flawless post-event follow-up; and helping standardize workflows to scale our services across multiple clients in the events and production space.

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Assistant in events, production, AV rental, or a logistics-heavy environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a track record of delivering under tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRMs.
• Strong English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Reliable home office setup and availability to work 10 AM – 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
