Investment Associate in 500 Global

• Source and screen potential early-stage startups, performing initial evaluations aligned with our investment thesis.
• Conduct thorough due diligence — financial analysis, market research, competitive landscape assessment, and team evaluations.
• Track and monitor portfolio companies, providing proactive support in fundraising strategy, business development, and operational milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive records of investment activities, ensuring timely reports for internal and external stakeholders, including LP reporting and regulatory filings.
• Support fund management activities — investor reporting, fund performance analysis, and compliance documentation.
• Manage relationships with startup founders, co-investors, industry experts, and ecosystem partners to cultivate a robust network.
• Collaborate with internal teams on deal execution, preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committee review.
• Contribute to 500 Global Korea’s brand by attending events, participating in industry panels, and generating thoughtful content.

Authorized to work in Korea with excellent written and verbal English communication. Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is preferred. Strong multitasking abilities, quick learning and adaptability, and the capacity to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Global and cultural awareness, with enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse teams and founders from around the world. Demonstrated passion for startups, venture capital, and ecosystem-building. Prior exposure to financial modeling, due diligence, and portfolio support is a plus.
