The Silicon Partners (TSP) delivers end‑to‑end SAP services, including S/4HANA, SAP C/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Hybris, and Application Management Support across industries. TSP also focuses on RPA, AI/ML and cloud solutions. This contract role places you within a collaborative practice, working with senior engineers, consultants and client stakeholders to optimize workforce and service delivery initiatives for U.S. clients. The project requires implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Service Management within client environments, integrating with related modules, and driving service excellence across engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Service Management (SM) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Configure and customize S/4 Service Management modules (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, Resource Planning).
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Integrate Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment.
  • Provide issue resolution, enhancements, and end‑user training to ensure user adoption and system stability.

Required Skills and Experience

We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant with hands‑on experience in S/4HANA Service Management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 full‑cycle S/4HANA Service Management implementations, with strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction. A solid understanding of SD, MM, FI, and CS modules is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven client‑facing capabilities, are required to succeed in a collaborative, high‑impact environment. The role may involve periodic travel to client sites and coordination with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality SAP solutions.

Desirable

Desirable qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations, service analytics, and a track record of delivering service management improvements in diverse industries. Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML, or cloud solutions, and the ability to adapt to evolving SAP landscapes will be considered a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills, customer‑facing confidence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced client environments are highly valued.
