We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant with hands‑on experience in S/4HANA Service Management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 full‑cycle S/4HANA Service Management implementations, with strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction. A solid understanding of SD, MM, FI, and CS modules is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven client‑facing capabilities, are required to succeed in a collaborative, high‑impact environment. The role may involve periodic travel to client sites and coordination with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality SAP solutions.
Desirable qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations, service analytics, and a track record of delivering service management improvements in diverse industries. Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML, or cloud solutions, and the ability to adapt to evolving SAP landscapes will be considered a plus.
