Job functions

You will be working with a cross-functional team focused on the developments of services and APIs, working closely with PMs, QA Specialists, Designers, Frontend Developers and Data Scientists with a clear understanding of why you are building these services, the impact they will have and how they will be integrated with the rest of the platform, specially the frontend.

Qualifications and requirements

We are still a startup, grownup but a startup at our core, this is the place where you can make things happen and we expect you to bring change and enrich our culture, structure and processes, you should have a:

Strong Computer Science or Software Engineering background.
Long term Python/Django experience, or Go lang experience and familiarity with Python/Django.
At least a B1 English level, being able to comfortably have work related conversations in English.
Good documentation and testing practices while building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Mindful application of security and data protection practices.
Design scalable solutions.

Desirable skills

We expect you to be an outstanding team player, with a growth mindset. You will be responsible not only of implementing the required services on the platform backend, but also of troubleshooting bug reports and help establishing ambitious goals to improve our code base in general and our practices as a software development team.
