Job functions

You will be working with a cross-functional team focused on the development of services and APIs, working closely with PMs, QA Specialists, Designers, Frontend Developers, and Data Scientists with a clear understanding of why you are building these services, the impact they will have and how they will be integrated with the rest of the platform, especially the frontend.
Design scalable solutions.
You will have help from your "buddy" who will be the person you will be reporting to and will help you on this journey in your work environment.

Qualifications and requirements

We are still a startup, grownup but a startup at our core, this is the place where you can make things happen and we expect you to bring change and enrich our culture, structure and processes, you should have a:

Long term Python/Django experience, or Golang experience and familiarity with Python/Django.
At least a B1 English level, being able to comfortably have work related conversations in English.
Good documentation and testing practices while building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Mindful application of security and data protection practices.

Desirable skills

We expect you to be an outstanding team player, with a growth mindset. You will be responsible not only for implementing the required services on the platform backend but also for troubleshooting bug reports and helping to establish ambitious goals to improve our codebase in general and our practices as a software development team.
