Redegades Alpha AI is an enterprise-grade conversational RAG platform that fuses hybrid search, knowledge graphs, multi-layer validation, rich dashboards, and stringent security controls to deliver executive-ready business intelligence. As a Lead/Senior Developer, you will own the next phase of the Python/LangChain system, guiding its web, API, and monitoring layers to production readiness while enabling new capabilities and integrations. You will collaborate across products, security, and operations to ensure scale, reliability, and enterprise-grade performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development of the Python/LangChain RAG stack, including document ingestion, hybrid retrieval, multi-layer validation, knowledge graph services, and unit/integration test coverage.
Build and maintain FastAPI services, command-line tools, customer-branded web interfaces, and Redis-backed conversation memory powering chat, agents, and integrations.
Improve observability with monitoring dashboards, experiment management, and automated fallback safeguards to ensure reliable deployments.
Strengthen enterprise security through MFA, SSO/IdP integrations, RBAC, CSRF/JWT protections, and audit dashboards aligned with compliance needs.
Drive deployment automation, environment provisioning, and CI/CD validation suites across development, staging, and production environments.
Collaborate with data engineers and UX teams to design scalable data models, knowledge graphs, and intuitive analytics dashboards.
Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and advocate for best practices in testing, performance, and security.
Participate in structured A/B testing, experiment dashboards, and production-grade reporting with validation metadata.

Required Experience & Skills

We are seeking a hands-on senior Python developer with deep experience in LangChain, OpenAI integrations, FAISS, and Redis. You should have a proven track record delivering production-grade FastAPI services and REST integrations, plus practical familiarity with knowledge graphs and entity extraction (e.g., NetworkX pipelines, relationship mapping).

Key technical competencies include:

Expert-level Python (3.10+) with substantial production experience in LangChain, OpenAI, FAISS, and Redis.
Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain FastAPI (or equivalent) services and REST integrations.
Hands-on work with knowledge graphs and entity-extraction to support robust data relationships and retrieval.
Frontend capability in HTML/CSS/JavaScript for dashboards, analytics portals, and monitoring UX.
Strong security engineering background: MFA, IdP/SSO integrations, RBAC, CSRF/JWT protections, and security-conscious monitoring.
DevOps familiarity: shell scripting, environment management, Docker/systemd deployments, Redis operations.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and influence product direction.

Bonus: Experience running structured A/B tests in production AI systems, enterprise reporting (PDF/structured), and managing AI-facing experiment dashboards.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Prior experience delivering large-scale AI-assisted enterprise platforms with emphasis on security, auditability, and reliability. Familiarity with observability best practices, incident response, and performance tuning in distributed Python apps is highly valued.
