The Front-End / Full-Stack Developer will join a cutting-edge project centered on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and real-time engagement solutions, developing critical components that empower clients to capture, enrich, and orchestrate user data efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain client-side tracking libraries such as Segment Analytics.js to ensure reliable data capture across web platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to design and support real-time data capture strategies for engagement use cases and personalized user experiences.
  • Develop and deploy microservices that perform data enrichment, orchestration, and real-time processing to enhance the quality and usability of captured data.
  • Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment of frontend and backend components.
  • Work in an agile, collaborative environment, proactively troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance of tracking and data services.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and help drive innovation in data collection and integration methods.

Qualifications and Required Skills

We are looking for a proactive Front-End / Full-Stack Developer with expertise in client-side data tracking and microservices architecture. Ideal candidates will have experience in building and integrating JavaScript-based tracking libraries like Segment Analytics.js and strong understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
In addition to frontend skills, candidates should have backend development experience—particularly working with microservices that handle data processing and enrichment, preferably using Node.js or Python. Familiarity with real-time data pipelines, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure will be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential as you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and product management. The ability to understand business use cases related to customer engagement and convert them into scalable technical solutions is critical.

  • Proven experience with JavaScript and relevant frameworks.
  • Strong backend development skills with microservices.
  • Experience implementing tracking and analytics libraries.

  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially serverless or containerized microservices.
Familiarity with databases and data modeling, especially for real-time and event-driven applications.
Background in product analytics, user engagement, or marketing technology sectors.
Prior experience working in a distributed team across multiple countries.
