This isn't a "pixel pusher" role. You'll have opinions about architecture, push back on designs that don't make sense, and propose things that weren't in the spec because you saw the opportunity. We expect you to write maybe 30-40% of your code manually, the rest is directing, reviewing, and iterating with Claude, Cursor, or whatever makes you fastest. If you're still writing every line by hand, this will feel foreign. If you've already made the shift, you know why it matters.
