Modyo is a software company and our product is a Next-Gen Digital Experience Platform in which our clients can create and manage digital experiences to wow their customers. About the role

Headless architectures rely strongly on front end development experts to produce first class digital experiences. We're seeking for someone with expertise in frontend development and a passion for enabling teammates to help build and support in the creation of these digital experiences.

Some of the responsibilities are:

  • Lead and guide team of Frontend Developers to the completion of successful projects.
  • Define, plan and describe the Frontend architectures required in the implementation of the digital products produced by Modyo.
  • Design and implement Frontend coding standards, according to the reality of the company and the team.
  • Educate and raise awareness about the importance of standards compliance.
  • Create effectively tested, re-usable, and efficient JavaScript code patterns that can be followed by other team members.
  • Support continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on front-end technology.
  • Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile environment.
  • Mentor junior developers to ensure that our talent pools grow with us as a company.

Must haves

  • At least an intermediate level of English (exclusive). Remember, we want to become a world class company and English is the universal language.
  • 6+ years of Javascript programming experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing with advanced Javascript libraries/frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Modular and maintainable CSS, HTML and JS development experience.
  • Technical SEO experience (specializing in HTML tags that improve search engine performance).
  • Communication skills.
