We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented software engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment. Our ideal candidate has:

• Front-end: Angular 19 (preferred) or solid React/Vue with TypeScript.
• Back-end: Ruby 3, Rails 6, RSpec, Sidekiq, Puma.
• AI-First Mindset: Use AI tools to enhance your learning and productivity.
• RTTM, Attention to Detail: Read the code, documentation, and issue descriptions thoroughly. A question should not be asked if the answer is already written down somewhere.
• Testing and Quality Focus: Commitment to code quality and resilience by writing unit and end-to end tests.
• Communication: Clear and concise written communication, especially in asynchronous remote collaboration channels like GitHub, Slack, and Notion.
• Empathy and User-Centric Mindset: A genuine desire to understand user challenges and contribute to a platform that improves access to justice for vulnerable populations.
• Adaptability and Drive: Enthusiasm to work in a fluid startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly. Ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects.
