We are dedicated to creating solutions that help promote innovation in and out of companies and institutions, from formulation to the realization of ideas. We carry out Consulting, Development, Maintenance, SaaS processes, among others.
We are currently creating a new division within the company dedicated to the development of video games, which already has an interdisciplinary team made up of engineers, designers and musicians. To expand the team, we are looking for new game engineers, eager to learn, passionate and committed.

Job functions

  • Be responsible for designing, developing and deploying major game features using Unity.
  • Insist on the highest standards and create functional and engaging features that will delight our users.
  • Be part of a tight game development team looking to iterate fast on a fun concept and then building it out.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, artists, musicians and programmers to create and maintain technical design documents, milestone schedules and tasks.
  • Proactively raise any development or scheduling issues with the team for resolution.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object­-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Software engineering skills, including the ability to write maintainable and robust code.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, development, testing and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with GIT or similar versioning systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively on shared projects with designers, artists, testers, product managers and other developers.
  • Strong game design sensibilities and interest in creating a great player experience.
  • At least a basic approximation to Unity (unity.com).

Desirable skills

  • Proven effectiveness in directing or delivering production software for high quality games with at least one shipped game product of which you were a primary contributor (self­ published titles are acceptable).
  • Experience in developing and implementing key gameplay systems.
  • Knowledge, development and optimization skills with Unity.
  • Working knowledge of Unity Addressables and/or AssetBundles.
  • Practical experience making systems that are data driven and empower designers using scriptable objects and editor customization.
  • Specialized skills in a particular area of game development (for example: UI, Physics, graphics, multiplayer, game logic, etc.).
