IT Engineer Dispatch (Freelance)

At Servicio Latam, we are looking for a freelance IT Engineer (Dispatch role) to support our clients in Georgetown, Guyana The engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support when required. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, ideal for IT professionals who want flexibility and extra income.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for users (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).

• Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.

• Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.

• Ensure proper reporting and documentation of each visit.

• L1, L2, L3 Tasks

Requerimientos del cargo

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (L1).
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software, and basic networking.
Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
Must be based in Los Angeles, USA and available for on-demand visits.

Condiciones

Compensation & Conditions:

Freelance / On-demand role.
USD 200 per visit (1 to 8 hours per visit).
Payments are processed monthly.
