The Senior FullStack Team Lead will shape the technical direction of multiple product modules, drive architectural decisions, and mentor a growing team of engineers.

We’re seeking a seasoned leader who combines strong technical judgment with people leadership. You’ll need excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. While hands-on coding is not required, you should be able to evaluate code quality, understand system design, and steer teams toward scalable solutions.
Key qualifications:
Experience mentoring or leadership in a distributed/remote team environment is beneficial. Demonstrated experience translating client needs into scalable technical solutions will help you succeed.
