As an Senior Full-Stack Developer (PHP), you’ll contribute to a portfolio of diverse initiatives, collaborating with design, product, and DevOps teams in a fast-moving environment that rewards creative problem-solving and pragmatic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Develop robust backend applications using modern PHP frameworks.
Work across the full stack, combining backend and front-end development.
Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while upholding code quality.
Review and provide thoughtful feedback on code from internal and external contributors.
Partner with product managers to align roadmaps, identify edge cases early, and scope realistic releases.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of full-stack development with strong production-level expertise in PHP, including experience with modern frameworks
Strong front-end skills with React, Vue, or similar modern frameworks
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database architecture, and modern PHP patterns, with proficiency in modern PHP tooling including, Composer, and contemporary development workflows
Experience working in agile teams, using Git, CI/CD, and Jira
Proven ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams
Comfortable reviewing others' code and giving constructive feedback
Reliable, communicative, and accountable team member with an interest in internal tooling and workflow optimization

Desirable but Not Required

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows—specifically spec-driven development and human-in-the-middle processes, using AI coding agents
Experience leading or mentoring engineers
Exposure to Java, Python or other backend languages
Leadership or mentoring experience
DevOps exposure (AWS, containers, infrastructure automation)
Deep production experience with both WordPress and Laravel
Experience with implementing AI-assisted development workflows, including spec-driven development and human-in-the-middle approaches.
