We are looking for Senior Symfony Software Engineers to join a high-impact team focused on driving innovation within the vacation-tech industry. Key Responsibilities

Develop robust, scalable services using Symfony framework and PHP.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to strong modular design principles.
Integrate third-party APIs and optimize the performance of API endpoints and backend services.
Collaborate closely on test automation and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
Help reduce legacy technical debt while adopting modern development tools and processes, including AI-assisted development practices.

About the Role and Required Qualifications

We seek senior engineers with deep experience in Symfony architecture and advanced PHP programming, including object-oriented programming and design patterns. Candidates must demonstrate strong SQL skills and experience with API integrations, specifically REST and GraphQL. Performance optimization of APIs and backend services is a critical part of the role.

Soft skills are equally important. Candidates must possess clear and professional English communication skills and be open to working within AI-enhanced development workflows. An overlap of at least 3 hours with Pacific Time is required to ensure collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

Experience maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines.
Contributions to open-source PHP or Symfony projects are considered a strong plus.
