Project/Team Context

You will join a dynamic product team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software components that support AI-driven interview coaching, analytics, and user feedback workflows. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA to iteratively improve performance, reliability, and usability across platforms.

Responsibilities

Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that meets product requirements and quality standards.
Gather and evaluate user feedback to inform iterative improvements and new features.
Collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team to deliver high-impact features and products.
Provide code documentation and contribute to technical documentation and design reviews.
Support continuous improvement by researching alternatives and new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance, reliability, and user experience.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience, ideally in a Software Engineer role.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Analytical mindset with comfort working with numerical data and deriving insights.
Self-starter with resilience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

Experience with AI/ML concepts or AI-powered product development.
Familiarity with modern web/mobile tech stacks, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver who embraces feedback and continuous learning.
