We’re looking for a Software Engineer who’s driven, sharp, and ready to own complex problems in a fast-paced startup. If you’re passionate about AI, obsess over great UX, and thrive in an environment where you can ship impactful code, let’s talk.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-driven features using our T3 stack (Next.js, Drizzle, tRPC, TypeScript, Turborepo), PostgreSQL, LangChain/LangGraph, Python, and vector DBs like Vertex AI and Qdrant.
• Develop AI agents for real-time, streaming applications that deliver fast, seamless experiences.
• Work with LLM providers (Gemini, Grok, Anthropic, GPT) to integrate, optimize, and serve models efficiently.
• Own ETL pipelines, data evaluation, and production-grade model serving to ensure our AI performs at its best.
• Manage DevOps on Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS, using Pulumi for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) in secure environments (SOC2, FedRAMP).
• Contribute to UX and product design, creating intuitive, user-focused interfaces that stand out.
• Solve tough problems with clear reasoning, moving quickly to ship code that drives our mission forward.

Who You Are

• You’ve shipped AI applications in production, ideally with AI agents or real-time/streaming systems, and know how to make models scale.
• You’re experienced with LLM providers (Gemini, Grok, Anthropic, GPT), optimizing and deploying AI models effectively.
• You’re proficient in the T3 stack (or can ramp up fast) and have strong skills in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and ideally vector DBs.
• You have DevOps expertise, deploying on Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS with Pulumi IaC, and you’ve worked in SOC2/FedRAMP environments.
• You’re a critical thinker who distills complex problems into practical solutions.
• You care about UX/product, building interfaces that are clean, fast, and delightful to use.
• You’re a power user of tools like Cursor or Windsurf, always optimizing your workflow.
• You resonate with startup culture—inspired by builders who believe tech can solve real problems and create positive change. You’re here to make an impact.
