Job Details:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is a .NET expert responsible for designing and building our next generation of products and services while working closely with others. The position requires versatility and high motivation with a strong sense of commitment and teamwork.

You will be responsible for building and managing event-driven, highly performant, highly available, and scalable Microservices.

Essential Functions:

As part of an agile team, build and enhance business application software.
Work closely with Product Managers, QA Automation Engineers, and internal teams to design and implement new feature requests.
Follow best practices related to coding, testing and building software using .NET in a cloud-based continuous integration environment.
Implement large, complex enterprise software systems from the ground up.
Conduct POC, test, and implement new technologies to support the application architecture.
Develop event-driven systems and microservices for scalable solutions.
Cloud Services expertise, particularly with AWS and/or Azure.
Review and audit design solution.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful Web API) development.
5+ years working with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server or Postgres).
Cloud-based development experience (Azure or AWS).
Experience with Kubernetes and Microservices.
Hands-on use of Apache Kafka or similar event/data streaming tools.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience building large, multi-tenant web or client-server apps.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Deep knowledge of OOD, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Preferred: LDAP, SSO, or other role/rule-based auth tools.
Nice to have: React, WebSocket/SignalR, HTML5/CSS.
Plus: Elasticsearch, Redis, or other caching/search tools.
Workflow Engines experience is a plus.
Experience with financial systems (accounting, payroll) is a plus.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
