Job Details:

We are seeking a Full-Stack who wants to build, shape, learn, and grow into a larger role alongside the founding team.

We are looking for an early technical leader, working hands-on while shaping product, process, and culture. This is a role for someone who is just as excited to code as they are to help define vision, someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves shipping fast, and stays close to customers. We offer a clean, thoughtfully refactored codebase designed for speed and scalability.

What You’ll Do:

Lead development across our TypeScript monorepo (Next.js + NestJS + Prisma + Postgres).
Architect and scale our AI-powered matching/search platform.
Manage large-scale data ingestion/enrichment pipelines (BullMQ experience +).
Build with speed while maintaining security & compliance standards.
Collaborate with the founders and team to shape roadmap and features.

What We’re Looking For:

4–8+ years in Full-Stack web engineering (React/Next.js, NestJS/Node.js).
Bachelor’s degree in CS (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong SQL/Postgres experience with high-volume data ingestion.
Passionate/familiar with AI/ML integrations (LLMs, embeddings, vector search).
Comfort running infra on AWS with Kubernetes/Docker.
Robust Git/GitHub habits, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Clear communicator who values feedback and iteration.
Startup experience, bias toward learning, speed, and conviction.
Bonus: GovTech or compliance-heavy industries, passionate about supporting the little guy (small businesses).
