๐Ÿš€ Your Role

You will support everyday tasks for Concierge, our own recruitment service, that helps companies find the professional they're looking for. In short words, you will be assessing candidates from a cultural and psychological point of view, while collaborating with our technical experts.
This is a full-time position. We are not accepting freelance recruiters.

Your role will involve:

  • Being owner and account manager of processes. You will coordinate everyday tasks in the recruitment process, which means you will take charge of processes from start to finish, maintaining a good and close relationship with the client and candidates, while giving support, feedback and keeping a fluent communication during every stage of the process.
  • Helping with profile definition: You will advise clients on how to best define a job profile (salary, qualifications, perks, etc).
  • Sourcing: Searching for candidates on our Talent Database and inviting them to join open processes.
  • Assessing candidates from the psychological side, doing BEI interviews or similar, but also applying our psychometrics (never projective ๐Ÿคฎ) tests and screening properly all the time.
  • Giving feedback to the Get on Board product team so we can continue implementing improvements to the Concierge technology.

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ The Skills

  • You've graduated from BS or BA Industrial/Organizational Psychology or you're close to having your college degree (in this case, you need at least having experience working in recruitment and/or in the IT industry).
  • If you're Sociologist with the same skills or experience (hiring interviews or IT) you can apply too!
  • Digital-savvy. You are knowledgeable in IT profiles and their industry environment. You feel at home working with modern digital tools. You LOVE technology.
  • Knowledgeable in BEI, Competency-Based interviews or psychometric tests.
  • You like interviewing people as part of your job.
  • You feel comfortable writing and having fluent conversations in English. At least one of the interviews will be fully in English.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

You will stand out of the crowd if you have:
  • Experience working remotely and using videoconferences as a main work tool.
  • Experience recruiting IT profiles.
  • Experience using modern Applicant Tracking System software (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, etc)
  • Strong knowledge on cognitive principles.
  • Systemic approach.
  • If you're psychologist/sociologist and you've been in a tech-boot camp, we would love to know you anyway ๐Ÿ˜‰.
