HyreDay is building a dynamic Paid Media team that partners with US-based clients from a flexible, remote-friendly environment. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the agency for clients and partners, driving ROI and ensuring timely delivery of marketing services. You’ll collaborate with internal marketing teams to align client strategy with execution, oversee onboarding, reporting, and ongoing communications, and help scale our client relationships as we grow.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Onboard new clients and establish a clear communication cadence with stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, providing regular updates, reporting, and strategic guidance
  • Respond to inquiries via email, calls, and chats with timely, professional responses
  • Recommend marketing tactics or strategies aligned with client goals and budgets
  • Project manage internal marketing teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and on schedule
  • Maintain accurate CRM and project management records, including updates on campaigns, milestones, and outcomes

Required Skills and Experience

  • Some prior experience in account management, client relations, and/or project management
  • Experience in digital marketing, which could include SEO, paid media, social media, email/retention marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Well organized with the ability to operate with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in project management tools, spreadsheets, documents, and presentation software

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; thrives under pressure
  • Strategic thinking with capability to discuss marketing strategy and ask insightful questions
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple client engagements
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
