This essential role operates in an early Go-To-Market (GTM) environment where ICPs and messaging are still being refined. You will contribute to building the playbook, focusing on high-intent outbound, strategic discovery, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup-like setting, demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, and can adapt messaging based on prospect feedback.
Desirable qualifications include 2–4+ years in outbound BDR or Sales Development within B2B SaaS, complex platforms, or hardware/software solutions. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy market validation work, and excel at tailoring outreach with a high-context, research-backed approach rather than relying on generic scripts. Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time feedback are highly valued.
