Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided lead lists and call scripts.
Answer inbound calls from interested prospects, provide information, and connect them with the right department.
Engage in bilingual communication (English & Spanish) to serve a diverse customer base.
Qualify leads by asking the right questions to identify customer needs and level of interest.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and enter all details accurately into the CRM.
Follow up with warm leads or past prospects to re-engage and convert them into appointments.
Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive and persuasive tone.
Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring all call notes, customer information, and next steps are documented.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversations, and appointments set.
Collaborate with supervisors and the sales team to improve call strategies and campaign results.
Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine call scripts and marketing approaches.
Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a call center environment is preferred.
Bilingual: English and Spanish required (verbal communication must be clear and professional in both languages).
Strong phone presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and overcome objections effectively.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training available).
