Key Account Management & Growth

  • Lead the management and expansion of Niuro’s global enterprise accounts, acting as a strategic partner to clients and Niuro’s internal teams.
  • Provide expert client consulting, develop tailored Statements of Work (SOWs), and design project proposals aligned with client goals.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients, with a focus on revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor monthly Net Spending Performance (NSP) metrics and client satisfaction, implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Stay closely connected with Niuro talents within client teams to propose process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership to forecast revenue, align on strategic initiatives, and drive client success.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee Niuro’s global enterprise accounts. You will function as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions and senior-level engagement strategies. Your responsibilities include developing tailored SOWs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will also monitor client health metrics, ensure high satisfaction, and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling that align with Niuro’s capabilities and client objectives. The ideal candidate excels in complex B2B SaaS/consulting environments, possesses strong consulting and project-management skills, and has a proven track record of strategic revenue growth in enterprise accounts. You should be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.

- Demonstrated success in Enterprise Account Management within B2B SaaS or consulting services.
