Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing bilingual communication (English and Spanish) and building trusted partnerships.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, client strategy reviews, and weekly progress meetings to translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Translate marketing strategies into structured task plans within ClickUp or Notion, defining tasks, priorities, and timelines.
  • Coordinate across marketing, creative, and automation teams to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and internal SOPs.
  • Track campaign progress, identify blockers, and implement proactive solutions to maintain momentum and quality.
  • Review deliverables (ads, emails, funnels, automations) for accuracy before client delivery.
  • Monitor performance using GoHighLevel, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager; prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain organized communication records and ensure adherence to WMM’s standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve internal systems, documentation, and reporting frameworks.

Role Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager / Account Manager who can act as the central link between clients and internal marketing teams. This hybrid role combines client-facing communication, strategic coordination, and operational execution. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns, funnels, and automations are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned with client goals. You will lead client meetings, translate marketing strategies into structured task plans, and coordinate internal execution. This is a leadership position ideal for someone who can think strategically, manage complexity, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. You will own the client relationship from planning to delivery, overseeing execution, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization.

Desirable Qualities

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a Project or Account Manager role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment. You should demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple clients, campaigns, and cross-functional teams, with a solid grasp of funnels, paid advertising (Meta & Google), and CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred). Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, with hands-on experience in ClickUp, Notion, or equivalent tools. An analytical mindset to interpret metrics (leads, conversions, ROAS, CPL) and a bilingual proficiency in Spanish (fluent) and English (advanced) are highly valued. You should be independent, proactive, accountable, and comfortable leading initiatives without micromanagement, with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to coordinate technical and creative teams.
