SAH is a growing U.S. real estate company focused on lead generation and client engagement. As a Real Estate Virtual Caller, you will be part of our remote operations team, supporting the Real Estate group by initiating and qualifying conversations with homeowners, warm prospects, and real estate agents. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calling, effective qualification, and scheduling opportunities for our agents. This position offers long-term stability, clear scripts, and ongoing training, with opportunities for growth within a fully remote, international work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make outbound calls using our dialer and scripts
Speak with homeowners and real estate agents
Ask qualifying questions and gather information
Identify motivated prospects and transfer or schedule them
Accurately update notes and call outcomes in our CRM
Follow call guidelines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Fluent spoken English* (clear and understandable accent)

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in calling, telemarketing, or real estate* (preferred but not required)

•⁠ ⁠Confident, friendly phone presence

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally

•⁠ ⁠Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours

Work Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Computer or laptop (not mobile-only)

•⁠ ⁠Stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)

•⁠ ⁠USB headset with noise cancelling microphone

•⁠ ⁠Ability to use basic tools (dialer, CRM, Google Docs)
