We’re seeking a Technical Sales Specialist who combines technical expertise with strong sales skills. The role involves understanding client needs, demonstrating our solutions, and closing new business opportunities.

· Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
Translate complex civil engineering product features (e.g. flood studies, drainage design plans etc.) into marketing assets like brochures, datasheets, case studies, and technical blog content.
Create technical content for digital channels: product landing pages, email newsletters, training webinars, and product demo scripts.
Networking: Attend virtual industry events, and pre-application meeting for prospective projects to build a robust network and promote the company’s services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
Fluent in English (Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required). Must be able to write technical content in English.
Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing-related discipline. Technical-related qualifications are a plus.
4–5 years of experience in technical marketing or product marketing within engineering, construction, technology or infrastructure sector.
Ability to learn and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skilled in the use of apps and technology
Ability to work U.S. business hours (Central Time)
Excellent collaboration, time management, and project ownership skills.
