Ideal Candidate 🤓

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in QA tools such as Postman, Charles, and Chrome DevTools. This individual should a good understanding of user behaviour and be able to put themselves in their shoes. We value strategic thinkers who can spot inconsistencies or potential issues before they impact our B2B marketplace.
What Success Looks Like 📈

  1. Defect Detection and Resolution: Successfully identify, report, and assist in resolving at least 95% of software defects before they reach the production environment.
  2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product functionality and architecture, evidenced by the ability to accurately answer inquiries related to these areas.
  3. Customer-Centric Development: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by advocating for end-user needs during software development lifecycle.

Qualifications ✏️

  • C1 or above English level (strictly necessary)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance for web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Understand how modern web applications work.
  • Excellent understanding of why test cases are needed and how to do regression testing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience writing auto tests is desirable.
