We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Peru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and development, with a focus on React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You will lead the QA process and be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Create the quality assurance team in defining and executing testing strategies, plans, and processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, scripts, and tools.
• Ensure that all products are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards before release.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

If you have a passion for software testing and development and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you!

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and development with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB, Apollo Server and Apollo Client.
• Proficient in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Ability to lead a team of QA engineers and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with test automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Telehealth experience.
