Project/department focus: You will join our Workforce Solutions practice, leading engagements centered on implementing and optimizing the WorkForce Software (WFS) suite for mid‑ to large‑sized organizations in the United States. This role supports strategic client initiatives, including requirements governance, solution design, and successful adoption of WFS modules such as Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, and Employee Experience. You will work with cross‑functional teams to drive project success from discovery through go‑live and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end WorkForce Software (WFS) implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities.
  • Facilitate workshops with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective WFS solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Configure advanced functionality across WFS modules (Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, Employee Experience) to meet client processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze incidents, defects, and enhancement requests; drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, product groups, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive functional documentation, test scripts, and end‑user training materials to support successful usage post‑go‑live.
  • Support release management, upgrades, and patches; provide guidance on change impact and rollout planning.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior WorkForce Software Consultant to drive strategic WFS implementations for U.S. clients as part of The Silicon Partners. In this role, you will lead client engagements from discovery to deployment, ensuring that WFS configurations deliver measurable business value. You will bridge business requirements with technical capabilities, produce clear documentation, and coach client teams to achieve sustained success with the WorkForce Suite.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the project lifecycle for WFS deployments, including scoping, design workshops, configuration, testing plans, cutovers, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Translate complex workforce processes into scalable WFS configurations and integration patterns.
  • Partner with client leadership to align WFS capabilities with workforce strategy, labor rules, and compliance needs.
  • Develop and execute hands‑on training for HR, payroll, and operations teams to maximize adoption and realize value quickly.
  • Maintain rigorous quality through documentation, test scenarios, and proactive risk management.

Required focus areas include change management, stakeholder communication, and a data‑driven approach to optimizing scheduling, attendance, and absence policies.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Deep hands‑on experience with WorkForce Software solutions (Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, Employee Experience) in multiple client environments. • Proven track record delivering large‑scale WFS implementations within established timelines and budgets. • Strong facilitation, communication, and client‑facing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences. • Familiarity with payroll integration, HRIS interfaces, and data migration considerations. • Certification or demonstrable expertise in WFS modules and related workforce management best practices. • Ability to travel on‑site as needed and work effectively in a remote, client‑facing role.
