Project/department focus: You will join our Workforce Solutions practice, leading engagements centered on implementing and optimizing the WorkForce Software (WFS) suite for mid‑ to large‑sized organizations in the United States. This role supports strategic client initiatives, including requirements governance, solution design, and successful adoption of WFS modules such as Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, and Employee Experience. We are seeking a seasoned Senior WorkForce Software Consultant to drive strategic WFS implementations for U.S. clients as part of The Silicon Partners. In this role, you will lead client engagements from discovery to deployment, ensuring that WFS configurations deliver measurable business value. You will bridge business requirements with technical capabilities, produce clear documentation, and coach client teams to achieve sustained success with the WorkForce Suite.
What you’ll do:
Required focus areas include change management, stakeholder communication, and a data‑driven approach to optimizing scheduling, attendance, and absence policies.
• Deep hands‑on experience with WorkForce Software solutions (Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, Employee Experience) in multiple client environments. • Proven track record delivering large‑scale WFS implementations within established timelines and budgets. • Strong facilitation, communication, and client‑facing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences. • Familiarity with payroll integration, HRIS interfaces, and data migration considerations. • Certification or demonstrable expertise in WFS modules and related workforce management best practices. • Ability to travel on‑site as needed and work effectively in a remote, client‑facing role.
This is a contract engagement with remote work flexibility for U.S. clients and periodic travel as required. You will join a collaborative practice at The Silicon Partners, working with senior engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
