At Servicio Latam, we are currently seeking a Freelance IT Support Engineer (On-site Dispatch Role) to provide technical assistance to our clients in Paris, France.
The engineer will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support to users (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).
• Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.
• Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting after each visit.
• Perform Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (Level 1).
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Must reside in Paris, France and be available for on-demand visits.
Compensation and Conditions:
• Freelance / on-demand role.
• EUR 300 per visit (ranging from 1 to 8 hours per visit).
• Payments are processed monthly.
