When you close a process on Get on Board you can reopen it whenever you want without consuming an extra quota of publications; but keep in mind that if the process is more than 30 days old and you do not have an active subscription, you will not be able to refresh its date.
When you reopen an existing process, you keep all the data of the process: applications, messages, phases, notes, etc., and the announcement will keep its publication date or the one corresponding to the last time you refreshed the date of the announcement.
If your process is older than 30 days old, and you wish to publish it again to get more applicants, you have two options:
- Publish a new version of the same job (re-launch a job), with a clean selection process. This is the option we recommend for most cases.
- Activate Boost for the old job. Boost refreshes the publication date and gives extra visibility to your ad. However, the value of Boost is higher than posting a new job, so we recommend using it only if you have a special urge to find a candidate.
