Talent Database allows you to search and invite candidates directly from our database of thousands of technology professionals, filtering by competencies such as programming languages.
When performing a talent search, our algorithm sorts the results by relevance and by Get on Board performance indicators. This means that you will see first the professionals who:
- Are more relevant with the tag you are looking for (for example, if you look for the tag "Node.js", you will see professionals who have more activity related to jobs using that tag)
- Have been active more recently (and are therefore more likely to respond positively to your invitations)
- Have obtained better results in other Get on Board selection processes (i.e. have made progress, received positive responses or have been better evaluated by other companies)
