How can I get an invoice after subscribing to a plan?

Currently, you can receive local invoices in Peru, Chile, and the United States, paying via electronic transfer. These invoices are made only for annual plans (*). For other subscriptions ( biannual or quarterly) and single unlocks, an invoice is generated from the USA, as an international credit card purchase.

If you are in the aforementioned countries and need a local bill for annual plans, please write to us at sales@getonbrd.com with your billing information. This subscription must be activated manually.

(*) For annual subscriptions paid by credit card, an invoice is generated and can be accessed in 'Your Invoices'.
