How do I know if the company is checking the applications for their job?

Now, when you check a job on Get on Board, you can see when the company last checked that job. Before the company description, you will find a box like this:

In addition to the response time, you will be able to see how many people have applied and how long it takes for the company to respond.

If you have already applied for the job and have not obtained any information from the company, you can send them a direct message through your application (Menu 'Your Applications').

Each company's recruitment process is different, so there is no one-time frame in the response that can be applied to all processes. There may be jobs that have not been reviewed for a long time (usually because the company forgot about them). If you find one like this, let us know via chat.
