On Get on Board you can reopen jobs that you have unpublished and that are less than 6 months old. If your job was created more than 6 months ago, you will not be able to reopen it. In that case, we recommend you to close it, informing the professionals that the process has been closed, and relaunch it as a new job.
When you relaunch a job, a new version of your ad is created, with no candidates who applied in the first instance (so they will be able to apply again to the new process).
Bear in mind that all the applicants who apply for your jobs will be kept in your candidates database, which you can access from your dashboard.
