What's the difference between buying a Boost and buying an unlock?

Buying a job post is essential to use Get on Board. Unlocking gives you full access to the candidates' information and allows you to use most functionalities of our Kanban applicants' administration board. 

Purchasing Boost is in addition to pay for your job posting; it is a way of boosting an already payed ad to provide more visibility and send up to 200 personalized invitations to our Talent Database.

Please note that if you do not purchase your job posting, it will only remain posted in the silver form for 7 days and you will have to pay both to re-post it if you wish and to access the applicants.

If you want to relaunch an old existing post (that is, published more than 30 days ago), you have two options: 

  • Publish a new version of the same job, with a clean selection process. This option is our recommendation most of the time for most cases.  
  • Activate Boost on the old job (*).   Boost refreshes the publishing date of your ad and gives it extra visibility. However,  Boost is more expensive than publishing a new job, so we recommend you use it only if you have a special urgency to find a candidate.  

(*) Boost will not be activated for jobs older than 3 months. If this is your case, we recommend you close that process and relaunch it as a new one.
