You can now search through over 1,200,000 professionals with precision and speed.
Our new semantic search understands what you're looking for, even if you don't type it exactly.
Search for “Software Engineer” → you'll also find “Developer” and “Programmer”.
This is made possible thanks to OpenAI’s embeddings and our enriched database of resumes, applications, and historical performance on platforms like GitHub, curated using LLMs.

Got a job post? We generate your search automatically

Every time you publish a job, we generate a search prompt enriched with key words and technologies.
Go to Talent Database and with one click, the search bar autocompletes with the right terms.
Examples:
  • Your “Product Designer” job post takes the job description into account and searches like → Senior Product Designer, Figma, Design Systems
  • Or a “React Native Developer” post will be interpreted as → React Native Developer with Redux, AWS, Jest
You can always edit the text if you want to explore variations or fine-tune the results.

Try the new Talent Database—no subscription needed

We’ve unlocked semantic search in our database for all company users—no active subscription required. You just need a company account.
A subscription is only required to unlock the contact information of profiles you're interested in.

Shortcut: View all profiles you've previously unlocked

Quickly access all profiles whose contact info you've unlocked in the past. Just apply the “unlocked” filter within Talent Database. You can combine it with other filters like technology, country, or seniority to narrow your follow-up list.

One more thing: we’ve improved manual candidate importing

Some improvements we’ve made:
  • SuperPower now works with imported candidates too: we process the most relevant parts of their CV using AI.
  • New formats: we now accept DOCX and TXT in addition to PDF.
  • Better extraction: the system now detects much more info from CVs.
  • Complete data: all data is saved properly, including CV download links.
  • Improved UI: imported candidates now display just like regular profiles.
