Save up to 70% of review time by filtering for those who are most qualified based on the questions you ask and manage applications more quickly. You will find the score filter on tKanbanban board of every process that uses a scored quiz. On the other hand, the English filter on the kKanbanboard allows you to view applicants only with the English level you want to hire.

Deeper candidate information in Talent Database
Job applicants can now specify and share additional information in their profile, giving you extra data points for screening.
  • 🗣️ English level: Users can specify their English level from Beginner (A1) to Expert (C2).
  • 🏅 Knowledge and certifications: Users can indicate one or more skills and attach certification links as evidence.
  • ⚖️ Cultural fit: Users who complete the cultural fit test on Get on Board can share their results with companies.
Check it on the application cards in each process or in their profile in the platform's database (Talent Database).


One more thing: “Job views” metric 🎁
How many people have viewed your job ad? Evaluate your job’s success by reviewing the conversion between the number of job views and received applications. You can access this information from the "Metrics" tab in the left menu of each process.
